Frequently asked questions
Do I need Paymob?
No. Without Paymob customers reserve online and pay in the shop. With your own Paymob keys they can pay a deposit or the full price by card.
Can a piece be sold twice?
No — a reserved piece is locked in the POS and a piece sold in the shop disappears from the store immediately.
Will my store appear on Google?
Only if you turn on “Show my store on Google” in Settings. It is off by default.
