GoldCore

Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every shop that uses GoldCore. GoldCore is a product of Wizzora, operated in Egypt. By using GoldCore you agree to them; if you use it for a company, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.

Last updated:

1. The service

GoldCore is software as a service: a POS for gold and silver shops (sales, old-gold buyback and exchange), gram and karat inventory, printing, an online store, a TV price board, reports and the GoldCore Desktop app. Features can change and improve over time.

2. Accounts

  • Accounts are created by the GoldCore team for shops that request them. The shop owner is responsible for the account and everything done under it.
  • Keep passwords, PINs and devices safe. You decide which staff get access and what their role allows; tell us right away if you suspect misuse.
  • We may refuse or close an account that gives false information or breaks these terms.

3. Free trial, fees and payment

  • Each shop can get a free trial of 14 days before paying.
  • The price is 25,000 EGP per year or 35,000 EGP once for a lifetime licence, per shop, unless a written proposal from us says otherwise. Prices exclude printers, scales, computers, installation and payment-gateway fees.
  • Fees are paid in advance as invoiced by us. A yearly plan runs for 12 months from activation; we remind you before it ends. If a plan isn't renewed, we may pause access until it is.
  • A lifetime licence covers one shop for as long as GoldCore is offered, including updates. It can't be transferred to another business without our written agreement.
  • We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice; a period you have already paid for isn't affected.

Refunds are covered by our payments & refund policy.

4. Your data

  • Your shop's data (items, sales, customers, staff, prices) belongs to you. We process it only to provide GoldCore, as described in our privacy policy.
  • You can ask for an export at any time. After an account is closed we keep the data for 90 days so it can be restored, then delete it; encrypted backups roll off within 30 days after that.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Use GoldCore lawfully. You are responsible for your prices, invoices, taxes (VAT is optional in GoldCore and you decide how to apply it), stamp/hallmark rules and identity checks when buying old gold.
  • GoldCore calculates prices from the numbers you or your price feed provide. Check prices, weights and receipts before finalising a sale.
  • Don't try to break, overload, copy or resell the service, or access another shop's data.

6. Gold prices

The automatic price feed and the public “gold price today” page use third-party world prices and exchange rates. They can be delayed or wrong and are references only. You choose and publish your shop's prices; GoldCore can hold unusual feed moves for your approval, but the decision is yours.

7. Online store and card payments

Card payments in your online store go through your own Paymob account. You are the seller of record for your customers; GoldCore is not a party to sales between you and your customers and doesn't hold their money.

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep GoldCore available at all times and to fix problems quickly, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. The POS keeps selling and printing offline and syncs when the connection is back. Support is by WhatsApp and email.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Changes and law

  • We may update these terms; we'll show the date of the latest version on this page and tell you about important changes.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction.
